Our Story
Tacos y Baleadas Doña Naty wasn't built as a trend or a concept — it grew from a family that cooked together, shared meals together, and believed that good food doesn't need to be complicated.
Doña Naty learned her recipes from her own mother in Honduras, where every weekend meant making tortillas by hand and saving the best bites for the people sitting around your table. When her family moved to Memphis, they brought those recipes with them — and the insistence that nothing less than perfect would do.
Today, every taco is hand-pressed, every baleada is folded while the tortilla is still warm, and every customer is treated like someone who just walked into a family home. That's not marketing — that's just how we've always done it.
